Title: Quality Laboratory Engineer

You will be responsible for the following projects:
- You will manage the ISO 17025 quality management system and related tools (e.g., the UVP quality module), and carry out implementation/change tasks and their audits;
- You will oversee testing processes, coordinate prototype inspections, testing, and the preparation of documentation;
- You will prepare, coordinate, and update methodologies for testing, inspection, and metrological procedures in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025;
- You will ensure the suitability for use of laboratory equipment and measuring instruments, and organize their inspections and calibrations;
- You will manage laboratory records (protocols, reports), ensuring their traceability and proper administration;
- You will organize and supervise testing processes (e.g., water testing) and ensure that results are documented;
- Participate in internal and external audits, including accreditation processes, and prepare responses to identified nonconformities;
- Organize employee training and competency assessments (category tests, practical tasks, Golden Sample supervision).

We hope that you:
- Have similar work experience in a laboratory, working with measuring equipment, and conducting research;
- Have a degree in mechanics, electronics, metrology, or related fields (advantage);
- Have good Lithuanian and English language skills (written and spoken);
- Are proficient in using a computer, especially with MS Office programs;
- Possess analytical skills, are meticulous, and are responsible;
- Are able to plan and coordinate processes;
- Have experience implementing or maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025) (advantage).
Salary
From 2000 to 2500 €/month gross
Salary depends on your competencies and is negotiable.
