We are seeking a Quality Lead to reinforce our project teams.
Requirements:
5 years’ experience in testing.
Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.
Ability to create progress monitoring dashboards (JIra and Power BI knowledge is a plus).
Good knowledge of fundamental testing principles.
English B1.
Full command of Jira/Xray.
Good communication skills.
Availability to work at the client’s premises in Lisbon (at least 3 days/week).
Defining the overall testing strategy, guaranteeing quality at all stages of the project.
Being the point of contact for QA, Automation and UAT, ensuring efficient processes
Monitoring quality KPIs, test coverage and success rate.
Coordinate test teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Identify risks, prioritise tests and propose mitigation measures.
Build and manage progress dashboards
Lead progress meetings with stakeholders and manage performance tests.
Collect detailed requirements from stakeholders and key-users.
Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria, aligned with the business
Collaborate in writing test cases, ensuring coverage of critical scenarios.
Carry out requirements validation sessions with the project teams.
