Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance/Site Manager/Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position involves conducting quality audits, communicating with on-site Trade crews such as Roofing, Siding, Windows, Paint, etc.., purchasing and returning materials to and from the job-site, as well as documentation of projects via photograph.
The right candidate will posses general construction knowledge, a strong work ethic, and is comfortable working with their hands, walking a roof, and using ladders.
Willing to train the right person. Clean driving record required due to company vehicle use.
Experience
Candidates with the ability to speak both English and Spanish is very useful.
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
