Job Purpose :
Maintain and develop Quality Assurance function at Vision Commercial division. Ensuring good quality of at all CEF centers across India. Maintain and further develop Quality Management System and Global CEF standards across vision commercial operations. Maintain a high standard incoming quality and maintain good supplier quality control.
Job Requirements :
At least 7 years experience in working with Quality Assurance in a manufacturing industry.
Preferably experienced in Lens manufacturing or medical device manufacturing quality assurance
Well experienced in implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 or other equivalent norms
Should have good experience is leading, mentoring, and guiding the team.
Should have a good knowledge and understanding of MSA, APQP, QRQC, 8D, PCP PFMEA, SPC etc
Good understanding of Six Sigma methodology and have a mind set of systematic approach to all problems.
Good proven experience in conducting management system audits.
Experienced in dealing different stake holders and having good communication skill.
Advanced written and verbal communication, computer, analytical problem-solving skills are necessary.
Demonstrated ability to drive change in a complex and dynamic environment and have ability to solve complex problems within the manufacturing set up.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead the team of CEF Quality Inspectors across all CEF centers.
Responsible to implement and maintain good quality control for CEF operations across all CEF centers in India
Be good with cosmetic quality standards and train Quality Inspectors on regular basis and ensure they are qualified as per the internal standards.
Supplier quality management: Ensuring good quality control of all the incoming material at India Distribution center.
Incoming inspection: Implement and maintain proper incoming inspection plan and maintain the system accordingly.
Support operations team for launch of new product and processes. Ensure APQP is followed.
Ensure Quality Management System (SOP, WI, FR, PCP, PFD, PFMEA) is maintained according to the required standards and maintain the ISO 9001 certification.
Ensure all measurement equipment’s are calibrated and MSA conducted for all critical measuring systems.
All customer complaints investigated, and appropriate and systematic actions are initiated to correct the same.
Lead and implement global and local quality projects.
Be overall responsible to control and drive to continuously improve the product quality.
Support and guide operations team to implement the international standards such as Ops book, QMS, APQP etc.
Takes responsibility or leads all Quality Related to topics at Vision Commercial division.
