Quality Manager | Quality Lead | Eindhoven
For an innovative high-tech organization located in Eindhoven, we are looking for a Quality Manager / Quality Lead.
In this role, you will be responsible for further developing the quality strategy, maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), and ensuring full compliance within a highly advanced production environment.
What you will do:
- Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Lead internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate Quality Assurance and HSE activities
- Advise stakeholders on quality and safety topics
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field
- Experience in a Quality Manager, Quality Lead or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and auditing processes
- Experience with ISO standards
- Affinity with high-tech manufacturing, cleanroom environments, semiconductor or photonics industries
