We're looking for an experienced Quality Lead to join our team in Sweden. You'll drive quality excellence across complex engineering projects, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and successful project delivery. 🔥 Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project quality management plans
- Ensure compliance with quality processes, standards, and procedures
- Coordinate inspections, audits, FATs, and quality control activities
- Support project teams and contractors on QA/QC requirements
- Monitor non-conformities and drive corrective actions
- Conduct supplier and project audits
- Manage quality documentation and reporting
- Identify quality risks and implement mitigation actions
- Promote continuous improvement and quality best practices
🎯 Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and auditing
- Experience working on large engineering or industrial projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Native-level Swedish is a strong advantage
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
