We are seeking a dedicated Quality Management Analyst to join our team! The schedule is Monday-Friday (8 hour shift with no On-Call!) This position is a hybrid/remote position.

Summary:
The Quality Management Analyst will provide support to Compliance & QI, Care Management, and other departmental staff within PCC, with the utilization of data to implement quality improvements and maintain compliance. The Quality Management Analyst will support the implementation of strategic initiatives for the organization.
Essential Job Functions
Supports the evaluation of the department’s electronic systems and processes, recommends improvement activities.
Creates electronic templates.
Develops, schedules, and maintains reports database.
Maintains the departments electronic system.
Develops templates, including workflows and contingencies.
Conducts routine audits of the electronic system’s user profiles and permissions.
Performs complex analysis utilizing data from various sources to support compliance and quality improvement within the organization.
Supports the development of reports to communicate data analysis to internal committees, leadership, and other stakeholders.
Develops and maintains departmental dashboards.
Supports the compliance and quality improvement department with other functions, as necessary.
Performs other duties, relevant to the position, as requested by the supervisor.
Advises direct supervisor of any obstacles to achieving responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Requires strong skills with use of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must have enhanced skills with Microsoft Excel to trend data including linking worksheets, complex formulas and conditions, pivot tables, and macros.
Effective communication both verbally and written.
Must be organized and successfully manage projects.
Experience maintaining electronic systems, highly preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Power BI, preferred.
Education and Experience:
Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Previous experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement within OPWDD, OMH, DOH, OASAS, or OCFS preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience within a health care or human services setting.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Ability to sit continuously.
Ability to reach above shoulder level.
Ability to turn/twist upper body.
Ability to use hands for repetitive action and fine manipulating for the purpose of keyboarding.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. dead weight
Must be able to travel throughout covered territories in Upstate NY as needed.

Corporate Qualifications/Expectations:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must meet applicable Vehicle Operator Requirements. (NYS Driver’s License required)
Adhere to all Prime Care Coordination and affiliates policies and procedures.
Adhere to the Agency Mission, Vision, and Shared Values.
Attend mandatory education and training modules as scheduled; obtain and maintain required certifications.
Maintain all required certifications/training by State regulations and PCC policy
Act as a professional representative of Prime Care Coordination. and affiliates in regards to appearance, behavior, temperament, communication, language, and dress.
The listed salary range represents the organization’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
