SUMMARY:
The Quality Management Analyst will assist in coordinating all quality management related protocols. They will support the Director of Quality Management in leading the quality management process by creating and implementing corrective actions and improvement plans. The role involves collecting, coding, inputting, verifying, and monitoring data of the Passage of Hope Programs to ensure compliance standards are met and to assist with continuous quality improvement and outcomes processes.
Responsibilities
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Perform internal audits and case record reviews.
Assist with the development and updating of instruments used to measure programmatic goals and outcomes.
Process and input data as needed through various internal and external data collection and reporting systems.
Assist departments in reporting and determining outcomes through the Monthly Quality Improvement Compliance Meeting.
Make site visits and inspections of all locations where children reside and attend school.
Ensure timely submission of Corrective Action Plans, both internally and to external monitoring agencies.
Assist and guide programs in creating protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with external monitoring and accreditation agencies.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
SALARY: $60,000 – $65,000
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS /
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS preferred or 4+ years of relevant experience in social services/quality management.
Ability to analyze and manipulate data.
Working knowledge of computer applications, preferably highly skilled with Excel.
Commitment to enhancing service delivery to persons supported.
Ability to write reports from database information.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with ORR and OCFS guidelines is helpful.
Bilingual is a plus.
