About the Job
- We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Quality Management Leader (QM Leader) to lead and strengthen our Quality Management System across manufacturing operations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the company’s quality standards, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards, and driving a strong quality culture across the organization.
- This role reports directly to the CEO and will work closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing and other key functions to ensure quality is built into every stage of the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
- Establish, implement and monitor Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and quality procedures.
- Develop and maintain quality standards, inspection procedures and control plans for manufacturing activities.
- Manage NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), CAPA and Root Cause Analysis processes.
- Lead internal quality audits and coordinate external/customer audits.
- Monitor quality performance, identify recurring issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to identify quality risks and implement effective preventive measures.
- Review technical drawings, specifications and customer requirements to ensure quality expectations are clearly understood and achieved.
- Monitor welding, fabrication, surface treatment, painting and other critical manufacturing processes.
- Establish and monitor quality KPIs and provide regular quality performance reports to the CEO.
- Support customer inspections, quality documentation and export project requirements.
- Develop and continuously improve quality procedures, inspection records and documentation.
- Build a strong quality-first culture throughout the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC or Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems.
- Practical experience with QMS, Internal Audits, ITP, Quality Plans, NCR, CAPA and Root Cause Analysis.
- Good understanding of metal fabrication, welding, surface treatment and painting is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
- Experience working with international customers, export projects or customer audits is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, coordination and leadership capabilities.
- High level of integrity, objectivity and accountability.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
