Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a Quality Management Representative. The role involves monitoring and maintaining quality standards across manufacturing processes, conducting routine inspections, and supporting internal and external quality audits. The Quality Management Representative will handle customer and internal complaints, coordinate root-cause analysis, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Daily tasks include preparing and updating quality documentation, supporting compliance with relevant standards, and collaborating with production, engineering, and management teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Quality Management and Quality Assurance skills, with experience implementing and maintaining quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Candidates should possess Quality Auditing skills, including planning, conducting, and documenting internal and supplier audits.
  • Candidates should possess Complaint Management skills, with the ability to investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Candidates should possess Documentation skills, including creating, managing, and updating SOPs, work instructions, inspection reports, and other quality records.
  • Relevant experience in auto components or fabrication-based manufacturing is preferred, along with knowledge of industry quality standards (such as ISO/TS or IATF frameworks).
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in using basic quality tools (e.g., Pareto analysis, cause-and-effect diagrams, control plans) are beneficial.
  • Effective communication skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are important.
  • A degree in engineering, quality, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience, is desirable.
