We are seeking a Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management system, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the network of stakeholders involved in the Management System.
Administer and manage publications and tools related to the Management System.
Promote the Management System to ensure comprehensive understanding and provide essential support to users and process managers.
Assess the effectiveness and compliance with the governance of the Management System and certification policies.
Develop presentations and compile reports in preparation for monthly and quarterly Quality Management Reviews.
Manage existing quality certifications and approvals within the organization.
Serve as the primary liaison for quality standards within the entity.
Coordinate and manage internal audit plans and maturity assessment initiatives.
Conduct internal audits and develop action plans to address any issues or non-conformities identified during the audits.
Languages: French and English
