Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Management Specialist located in Chennai. The Quality Management Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, performing quality control and assurance activities, analyzing data to identify trends, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role involves maintaining the QMS as per ISO & OHSAS standards, conducting regular internal audits, training the team on QMS, facing external audits, regular communication with various departments to ensure quality standards are met and to provide recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and ability to identify and analyze quality trends
Quality Management and HSE experience
Effective Communication skills to interact with different departments
Proficiency in Quality Assurance processes
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
Ability to work on-site in Chennai
Experience in the energy, civil, marine, or geotechnical sectors is a plus
ISO & OHSAS certifications, Audit Experience is a must
