Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, forms, and other QMS documents
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Identify the need for new SOPs and documented processes across departments
- Coordinate with all departments to map business processes and improve workflow efficiency
- Manage document control to ensure all QMS documents are properly maintained and updated
- Support Internal and External ISO 9001:2015 Audits
- Monitor and follow up Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and company quality policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in QMS, Internal Audit, or Quality Management System implementation is preferred
- Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Good understanding of business processes, risk management, and quality documentation
- Able to prepare and review SOPs, Work Instructions, forms, and company policies
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Experience:
Manufacturing Industry, Electrical Industry, Data Center, Engineering Services, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Quality Management System (QMS), or ISO Management System.
