About the Role:
We are seeking a Quality Management Systems Manager to lead quality initiatives and help build a culture of continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in quality management within a production or manufacturing environment and a working knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and AS 9100.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the development and maintenance of Quality Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards.
Participate in quality audits and support certification processes.
Manage non-conformances and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Drive quality improvements in production, engineering, and supply chain operations.
Track and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide quality training and foster a company-wide focus on quality.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Basic understanding or working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards.
Experience participating in audits or compliance efforts.
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in wire harness manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
Open to candidates from any industry background.
No specific education requirement practical experience and results matter most.
