Quality Managers are responsible for assuring that construction conforms to plans and specifications. Assure submittals have been approved by the architect/engineer and track procurement of material for the project.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a complete and current record of submittals, approvals, and Rep submittals.
Monitor the procurement and manufacturing processes.
Manage RFI Process.
Inspect received materials for quantity, quality, and conformance with contract documents and drawings.
Develop and maintain submittal logs.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s in construction science or engineering.
2-5 years of experience in field and office experience with reputable general contractors.
