该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibility：
- Set up and improve the quality management system to ensure the compliance with the requirements of ISO9000 and customers. 建立和完善质量管理体系，确保符合ISO9000和客户的要求。
- Enhance the management of IQC to ensure the quality control of incoming materials;
enhance the management of PQC to ensure the customer return rate and customer complaint rate under KPI requirements. 加强IQC管理，确保来料的质量控制；加强对PQC的管理，确保客户退货率和客户投诉率符合KPI要求。
- Make the effective follow-up action to ensure all items in“improvement plan” are solved. 制定有效的跟踪行动，确保“改进计划”中的所有项目都得到解决。
- Train the staff in quality department regularly to ensure the development of their professional knowledge and skills to reach the continuously improvement of quality objectives. 定期对质量部门员工进行培训，确保其专业知识和技能的发展，以达到持续改进的质量目标。
- Intensify the concept of “focus on quality” in the company, continuously improve the quality consciousness of the personnel. 在公司强化“以质量为中心”的理念，不断提高员工的质量意识。
- Initiate the research of customer complaint though various analysis methods, find out the main reasons, complete the “improvement plan” and make sure the customers get the improvement plan within 48 hours. 通过各种分析方法，发起客户投诉研究，找出主要原因，完成“改进计划”，并确保客户在48小时内得到改进计划。
- Be responsible for the objective’s management and performance appraisal of the quality team to ensure the achievement of overall business objectives of quality department. 负责质量团队的目标管理和绩效考核，确保质量部门整体业务目标的实现。
- Implement the state policy related EHS to ensure the operation complying with state regulations. 执行国家有关EHS的政策，确保生产符合国家规定。
- Make sure the effective communication and coordination with other departments. 确保与其他部门的有效沟通和协调。
- Be responsible for the set-up, implementation and maintenance of ISO14001 system. 负责ISO14001体系的建立、实施和维护。
- Make sure all activities of quality department under budget. 确保质量部门的所有活动在预算范围内。
- Other duties as requested. 其他要求的工作。 Education and Training:
- University degree or above 大学本科或以上学历 Experience and Skill:
- At least 5 years experiences in quality management aspect and people supervision in the foreign invested enterprise;
ISO9000 certificate experiences 5年以上外资企业质量管理和人员监督工作经验；ISO9000认证经验
- Background in the label printing industry is preferred 有标签印刷行业背景优先 Personality and Competency:
- Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing 流利的英语听说读写能力
