We are looking for a skilled Quality Managerto lead and manage quality assurance systems within a dynamic nuclear energy organization. You will ensure compliance with industry standards, foster continuous improvement, and maintain the highest levels of safety and quality across operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain quality management systems (QMS), ensuring regulatory compliance and internal standards.
Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, promoting accountability and excellence.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify improvement areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Update and maintain quality documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality across projects.
Provide training to ensure team knowledge of quality procedures and regulatory standards.
Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of quality management experience in the energy or highly regulated industries.
Strong knowledge of QMS, regulatory standards, and quality frameworks.
Proven leadership ability and experience managing quality teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience implementing corrective actions.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with teams and regulatory bodies.
Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ASQ) are a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
