Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager at Fairmont Amman, located in Jordan. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control systems and processes to ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Quality Control Management and Process Improvement skills

Experience in Hospitality Industry Quality Assurance

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills

Attention to Detail and Organizational skills

Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills

Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations

Certification in Quality Management or related field is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
