join our team
in Chicago, IL. As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality for our products and processes. This full-time, regular position is a
senior management
level role that requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the
quality assurance
program, ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of
continuous improvement
and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with other departments to drive quality initiatives.
You will also be responsible for managing supplier quality, customer complaints, and corrective action processes. As a Quality Manager at AUTOKINITON, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s success by ensuring that quality remains at the forefront of our operations. This role does not offer per diem and is an at-will position with an annual salary.

Required Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management within the automotive or manufacturing industry
Demonstrated experience in leading a quality department and managing a team Extensive experience with implementing and maintaining quality management systems
Proven track record
of driving
continuous improvement
and achieving quality objectives
Experience in conducting and leading internal and external audits
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other
process improvement
methodologies
Experience in supplier quality management and customer relations
History of successful
collaboration
with R&D, production, and supply chain teams
Knowledge of
regulatory compliance
and industry-specific quality requirements
Prior experience in a
senior management
role with
strategic planning
