A well-established private holding company with multiple operations in the Middle East is embarking on an ambitious ERP transformation program. Responsibilities:
Design and implement
quality control
strategies to ensure high-quality products and services. Monitor and analyze
quality control
data, identifying trends and recommending improvements. Utilize your expertise in complex IT systems to consult, mentor, and audit high-value programs and projects. Drive
continuous improvement
initiatives across the organization. Ensure
quality control
is integrated into the development process of all products and is aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with development project teams and stakeholders to enhance product reliability.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years professional experience in quality management, alongside in-depth knowledge of
quality control
processes, procedures, and policies. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field. Certifications in ISO 9001/TickIT, BS 15000/ITIL, and CMMI Level 2/3 are highly preferred.
Strong communication skills
for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders. High-level
problem-solving skills
alongside excellent
attention to detail
, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
