Quality Manager
MX3D is a global pioneer in robotic metal additive manufacturing , known for pushing the limits of what’s possible with Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) . From infrastructure to industrial components, we create innovative large-scale metal parts using robotic 3D printing technology. Now, we’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives and ensure our processes meet the highest standards in industries like oil & gas and nuclear .
What You’ll Do:
-Lead the implementation and management of industry-specific quality standards (e.g. ISO, ASME, API) for WAAM/DED processes
-Drive continuous improvement in product quality and production reliability
-Collaborate with engineering, production, and R&D to ensure standards are integrated into daily operations
-Prepare for and lead internal and external audits , ensuring full compliance
-Train and support the team on quality assurance best practices
-Collaborate with engineering, production, and R&D to ensure quality is integrated at every stage of the 3D printing process—from powder to final part.
– Oversee the machine production (M1/M systems)
– Maintain and manage documentation related to quality systems and certifications
What We’re Looking For:
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
-5+ years of experience in quality assurance/quality management in advanced manufacturing or metalworking industries.
-Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality frameworks.
-Familiarity with quality assurance in oil & gas, aerospace and/or nuclear industries is a big plus
-Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.
-Sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive problem-solver mindset
