Ōnin Staffing is hiring a Quality Manager for a third-party logistics (3PL) company in Vance, AL!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead teams to meet quality and performance goals.
Ensure compliance with GAA Global Affinity Alliance and regulatory safety standards.
Develop and oversee warehouse quality strategies, managing QA teams to maintain high product and process standards.
Identify, document, and resolve quality-related issues.
Implement solutions and verify corrective actions.
Prevent the processing or delivery of nonconforming products until issues are resolved.
Represent the company in customer and vendor quality discussions, including supplier visits.
Ensure customer satisfaction across internal departments.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance site quality performance.

Work Experience
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience required.
ASQC/CQM/CQE certification preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of quality experience in the automotive industry preferred.
Post-Hire Training Required: APQP, ISO, PPAP Submission Process, and Containment Process (Level I, II).
