🚀 WE ARE HIRING: QUALITY MANAGER (GARMENT FACTORY)
📍 LOCATION: Giza, Egypt
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1️⃣ Develop and implement QA/QC systems and SOPs across all manufacturing stages.
2️⃣ Manage Inline, End-Line, and Final Audits according to AQL standards.
3️⃣ Supervise fabric and trim testing before production release.
4️⃣ Lead root-cause analysis and CAPA implementation for recurring quality issues.
5️⃣ Participate in PP meetings to identify and mitigate production risks.
6️⃣ Manage, train, and develop QC inspectors and supervisors.
7️⃣ Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality compliance.
8️⃣ Prepare DHU, rejection rate, and quality performance reports.
💼 REQUIREMENTS:
1️⃣ 5+ years of experience as a Quality Manager within the garment industry.
2️⃣ Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing defects, pattern stability, and AQL standards.
3️⃣ Experience in quality audits and buyer compliance requirements.
4️⃣ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
