As the Quality Manager at MNP, you will lead the design and review of quality management systems in line with Canadian Standards for Quality Management. Your expertise will drive the identification of risks and the implementation of solutions, improving performance across diverse teams. You’ll also engage with stakeholders to ensure the firm’s assurance practice meets the highest quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement quality management systems per CSQM standards

• Identify and assess key risks with various teams

• Implement and test controls throughout the organization

• Document processes and develop control descriptions

• Communicate risk progress to the Vice President

Requirements:

• CPA, CIA, or relevant professional designation

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, or finance

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in audit or quality management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong project management abilities
