This position works from our Cynthiana, Kentucky location.

Job Summary:

The Quality Manager will oversee the activity of the quality department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization’s products and/or development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee quality management processes to ensure products meet specifications for quality, functionality, compliance, regulatory standards, and reliability prior to delivery.

Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.

Define and communicate quality standards and parameters to the QA team, product development team, and relevant stakeholders.

Coordinate and participate in product testing processes, ensuring thorough evaluation of all product aspects.

Conduct root cause and corrective action (RCCA) analyses for recurring issues across multiple products, implementing sustainable solutions.

Analyze client, customer, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement in product quality.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.

Work closely with and influence cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve quality issues

Required Qualifications:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities

Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills

Demonstrated time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines

Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Proven leadership and supervisory experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software

Preferred Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of PPE industry products and standards

Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Quality Manager (CQM)

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or field related to the products being developed required.

Five to seven years of industrial quality experience

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting or standing

Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Location:

This position will be based in the Cynthiana, KY location with routine and frequent travel as needed.
