Quality Manager
Our manufacturing client is seeking a Quality Manager to join their greater Chicago area team.On site; local candidates only.
The Quality Manager will oversee a high volume manufacturing plant environment, ensuring compliance with all procedures, regulations, and safety policies. Responsibilities will include developing GMP systems and validating processes. Must possess solid root cause analysis and quality control experience. This is a hands on position, and the ideal candidate must be able to roll up their sleeves.
Requirements of the Quality Manager
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years manufacturing environment experience that includes Quality Management System oversight
Knowledge of quality assurance and standards methodologies
Strong communication skills
Experience with root cause analysis and supplier compliance
Proficiency with SQF and SPC; six sigma and lean manufacturing a plus
Strong customer service orientation, with excellent conflict resolution skills
Additional Details:
Salary: To $110k + gainshare bonus + comprehensive benefits
Employment Type: Direct Hire
