What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
Monday – Friday, with flexible start times to support all shifts.
Quality Oversight & Team Support – Lead and mentor the Quality team, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to uphold quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement on the plant floor.
Production Support – Spend time on the plant floor, championing quality standards, address real-time issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Audits & Compliance – Lead internal audits, monitor adherence to quality systems, and drive corrective actions to maintain certifications and customer trust.
Process Improvement & Problem-Solving – Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement solutions that enhance product consistency, reduce defects, and optimize efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Production, P&C, and R&D to align quality initiatives with operational goals, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
Training & Culture Building – Mentor teams on best practices, champion a proactive approach to quality, and foster a workplace where excellence is the standard.

Your Experience & Knowledge
Background in Food Production/FMCG.
Quality-focused leader with a deep understanding of food safety regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
Prior experience in GMP manufacturing and hands on experience with HACCP.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Microbiology, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality assurance/quality control within a food manufacturing environment (required).
Strong communicator and problem-solver – skilled at collaborating across teams, leading audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Detail-oriented and analytical, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
Experience working closely with production teams and plant managers to ensure quality standards are integrated into daily operations while maintaining efficiency and productivity.
Commitment to product integrity, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
Experience managing, coaching, and developing a quality team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
