The Role
- Conduct quality spot-checks to review software-related configuration items
- Analyze and continuously optimize existing processes, templates, checklists, and workflows
- Initiate and support continuous improvement processes
- Ensure, moderate, and escalate quality standards within ongoing projects as needed
- Plan, coordinate, and track software quality management activities using Jira
- Support the development of efficient quality management structures in the software domain
What You'll Need
- Successfully completed university degree (Master's or Diploma) in Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, or Engineering
- Knowledge in quality management and/or software development
- Analytical thinking skills and a structured approach to complex issues
- Strong problem-solving competence and a high quality awareness
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey quality requirements appropriately
