Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive quality systems that ensure products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. Duties

  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards and industry best practices.
  • Lead internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and other applicable legal requirements.
  • Establish and monitor quality standards in production processes, ensuring adherence to specifications through rigorous quality inspections and control measures.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies to resolve quality issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and regulatory affairs to integrate quality assurance into all operational phases.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on quality standards, regulatory compliance, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and lean management principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead quality audits and assessments to evaluate system effectiveness, identify areas for enhancement, and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards.
  • Manage documentation related to quality systems, inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and audit findings to ensure traceability and accountability.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
  • Knowledge of working with CMM machinery.
  • Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on quality control and assurance.
  • Strong understanding of Six Sigma manufacturing principles, lean management techniques, GD&T practices, and quality systems integration.
  • Expertise in conducting comprehensive quality audits and implementing corrective actions effectively.
  • Exceptional analysis skills for root cause investigation and data-driven decision making.
  • Effective team leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams towards shared quality goals.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear reporting, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Project management proficiency to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high standards of compliance and efficiency.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
