Title: Quality Manager
Pay: $75k – $100k
Location: North Charleston, SC

Responsibilities
Drive quality earlier into the launch process (Quality Assurance).
React quickly to customer concerns.
Improve the Business Management System through audits and improvement ideas.
Develop quality plans from customer requirements, external standards, and internal procedures to mitigate risk.
Be the contact for customer quality concerns.
Lead customer scorecard improvements.
Serve as a leader/member of corrective action teams.
Perform ISO / AS internal audits.
Implement containment activities to protect the customer from repeat non-conformances.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Quality Assurance functions, with adequate experience using inspection and test equipment.
ISO-9000 or AS-9100 related auditing, inspection & test, Metrology, and calibration.
Print reading & interpretation (GD&T).
Process Improvement, Analyzing Information, Strategic Planning.
Ability to interact effectively with suppliers and customers.
Familiarity with Machining, Welding, Assembly, and Testing.
Good planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Results-driven with an emphasis on keeping customer and business commitments.
