We are recruiting for a Quality Manager with 5+ years experience in a quality role in industrial products or automotive component manufacturing.
Specifically, this position will:
Ensure customer specifications are met, and, when defects arise, get to the root cause of the defect and ensure future specifications are met.
Facilitate customer performance reports and present findings and make recommendations for quality improvements.
Implement inspection and sampling techniques, quality plans, flow diagrams, control plans, and in-process control procedures to ensure finished products meet customer requirements and ensure documentation in alignment with ISO 9001 specifications.
Analyze non-conformance reports and recommend process or product improvements to address root causes and enhance quality performance.
Utilize quality tools to drive operational efficiency.
Ensure training and compliance in quality systems.
Work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure quality standards are met.
Candidates should possess:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality management;
Quality Certifications are preferred.
5+ years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in industrial products or automotive components.
Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or similar quality standards.
