2. About the Opportunit
y:The Quality Manager will lead the development and execution of the organization''s quality assurance strategy, transitioning quality assurance from a decentralized, manual process to a centralized, technology-enabled system. Reporting to the VP of Patient Care, this role ensures clinical, compliant, and compassionate patient interactions by building quality rubrics and collaborating with platform and AI teams to develop automated quality systems. The position is critical to scaling clinical and operational oversight and improving patient outcome

3. Responsibilit
ies:• Design and execute standardized quality rubrics for the patient care t
eam.• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to link quality scores with business outco
mes.• Centralize quality assurance oversight to ensure consiste
ncy.• Act as subject matter expert with Platform team to develop AI-driven QA syst
ems.• Translate QA data into prioritized coaching and improvement initiati
ves.• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual documentation requireme
nts.• Maximize the effectiveness of existing quality assurance technol
ogy.• Evaluate patient experience to balance operational efficiency with empa
thy.
4. Require
ments:• Minimum 5 years of quality management or audit experience in healthcare, telehealth, or high-growth techn
ology.• Preferably experience in people management or leade
rship.• Expertise in QA methodologies, including rubric calibration and sam
pling.• Strong analytical skills to relate quality behaviors to outcome me
trics.• Experience with automated QA platforms and interest in AI applica
tions.• Ability to simplify complex clinical and regulatory workflows into measurable stan
dards.• Entrepreneurial mindset with resourcefulness and adaptab
ility.• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enviro
nment.• Collaborative experience across Sales, Operations, Data, and Product
teams.
5. Pay Range and Compensation
Package:• Salary range: $100,000–$125,000 depending on geography and exp
erience.• Equity and annual bonus i
ncluded.
