Our client is in the manufacturing field, looking for a Quality Manager. Under the responsibility of the Operations Manager, the position holder will have to coordinate the activities of the quality system.
Verify production quality control according to standards;
Write procedures and work instructions related to quality, develop the manual and lead the quality committee;
Collaborate with the operations team to improve the performance of production machines;
Participate in investigations and quality checks, determine the causes and propose corrective measures;
Supervise 2 to 3 people (quality inspectors);
Analyze customer feedback and complaints, and write non-compliance reports;
Train employees on quality issues;
Participate in different projects, internal/external audits, new products, etc.
Requirements:
DEC in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering;
3 years of experience in the field of quality;
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and management systems (ERP/MRP);
French, functional English.
