Key Responsibilities:
Know and analyze specific customer requirements, processes, and products.
Track customer indicators and generate corrective action plans.
Monitor and advise plants on OEM inspection implementation.
Ensure that all past problems are converted into lessons learned.
COPQ Management:
Lead monthly meetings with plant managers for COPQ reduction action plans.
Review and provide feedback on COPQ lessons learned.
WPS and Standardization:
Provide constant training in WEPS for quality employees.
Ensure solutions found in one plant are applied systemically across others.
Quality System Management:
Ensure plants meet legislative and regulatory requirements (TS, ISO, etc.).
Schedule and accompany internal and external audits.
Generate local and/or global alerts as necessary.
People Management and Development:
Provide training in quality tools for plants.
Hold monthly update meetings with plant quality personnel.
Promote events among quality analysts and laboratory technicians.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
8 years in Quality or equivalent experience.
Project management experience.
Knowledge of WPS and lean manufacturing.
Intermediate English – written and oral.
Proficiency in MS Project and office tools.
Availability for international travel.
Good communication skills with internal and external customers.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Dependable and self-motivated individual.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Basic math and computer skills are essential.
