What You’ll Do:
As the Quality Manager, you’ll oversee quality operations within an advanced manufacturing environment, helping ensure compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll lead a team, manage validations and audits, support CAPAs, and partner cross-functionally to ensure that products meet strict quality standards and patient safety goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop quality staff to meet department goals and objectives.
Oversee CAPA, complaint investigations, validations, and quality audits.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and customer requirements.
Apply problem-solving tools like FMEA, DOE, SPC, and root cause analysis.
Ideal Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
5+ years in quality roles within medical device manufacturing, with 1+ year in leadership.
Experience with injection molding processes.
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Lean / Six Sigma experience or certification is a plus.
