Our client is a global transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage company. We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager for their growing team in Istanbul, Turkey.
Job Responsibilities
Leading a team and be a good team player
Ensuring inventory accuracy through regular audits and process controls
Analyzing damage and loss rates to identify trends and propose corrective actions
Planning and implementing actions aimed at improving inventory quality standards
Serving as the main contact person for the customer on all quality-related topics
Preparing and leading presentations in daily and weekly quality meetings with the customer
Leading, managing, and developing the inventory quality team to maintain high performance
Monitoring and controlling the costs associated with quality processes, ensuring optimal efficiency
Managing customer-related budgets, including cost negotiations and financial reporting related to quality operations
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in inventory management, quality control, or logistics operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in leading teams and demonstrating strong teamwork skills
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
High level of adaptability and problem-solving ability
