Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and implementing quality assurance practices to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Duties
Conduct regular quality inspections of products at various stages of the production process.
Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure adherence to established standards.
Perform quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for corrective action.
Collaborate with production teams to fabricate products that meet quality specifications.
Document findings from inspections and audits, providing detailed reports to management.
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs related to quality assurance practices.
Must be available to work M-Th from 5:45am to 3:30pm and Fridays from 5:45am to 2:30pm with the potential for some overtime each biweekly pay period.
Skills
Proficiency in quality systems and methodologies, including QA/QC processes.
Strong understanding of quality control principles, including inspection techniques and standards.
Experience with conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Knowledge of data collection methods and the ability to analyze data effectively.
Familiarity with quality management practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
