This role plays a key part in ensuring finished products meet our quality expectations before they are installed into our customers’ homes and businesses. If you’re someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys hands-on work, and values being part of a supportive team, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process, with a focus on final inspection
Verify piece counts, material types, colors, dimensions, and job-specific cuts
Report any quality concerns and collaborate with the Operations Manager to find solutions
Ensure proper handling, loading, and packaging of finished jobs
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes to move material
Prepare packing slips, update job status in the ERP system, and ensure all items are ready for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection or a similar manufacturing role preferred
Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals)
Ability to read and understand job packets, fabrication drawings, and work instructions
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset
Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training available)
Work Schedule:
Second shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Occasional mandatory overtime and Saturdays as needed
