we’re looking for a quality manager to bring focus to food safety + quality at our central production unit
you’ll keep an eye on the details, challenge where needed, and support our team to do their best work every day
the role |
this role is all about making sure everything behind the scenes lives up to wagamama standards. you’ll lead the way in food safety, product quality + process integrity from maintaining our quality management system to working closely with suppliers and supporting new product development
you’ll make sure our central production unit hits the mark, every time
what you’ll be doing |
• lead our quality management system + ensure we meet wagamama, legal + industry standards
• define and maintain product + process specs
• contribute to new product development, keeping things exciting + on brand
• ensure third-party accreditations (like BRC) are achieved + maintained
• manage non-conformances + dig deep to find the root cause
• monitor customer feedback + turn insight into improvement
• audit regularly + keep our food safety game strong
• support supplier approvals + maintain clear records
• spot + solve potential risks across the supply chain
• help your team grow with clarity + care
what we’re looking for |
• food-related degree or equivalent experience
• internal auditor qualified + haccp know-how
• strong knowledge of food safety, quality + current legislation
• clear communicator who builds trust
• motivated, collaborative + calm under pressure
• people-focused with a full driving licence + flexibility
