Conduct regular audits, site inspections, and compliance reviews
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, driving corrective and preventative action
Deliver training and guidance to staff on all QHSE-related matters
Oversee quality assurance of both management systems and technical outputs

Strong experience in developing and managing QHSE systems
Understanding of process safety management
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Relevant QHSE certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, Lead Auditor)
Experience in renewable energy or clean technology sectors
Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability best practices
Knowledge of risk management and emergency response planning
