I am looking for an Interim Quality Manager / Plant Quality Manager for a manufacturing project.
The candidate does not need to have direct aerospace standards experience. AS/EN 9100 is an advantage, but not a must-have.
What is important:
– proven experience as a Quality Manager / Plant Quality Manager / Head of Quality,
– strong background in manufacturing quality,
– experience with leading quality teams,
– internal, customer and certification audits,
– non-conformity management,
– 8D, APQP, QRQC, PFMEA or similar quality tools,
– customer and supplier communication,
– ability to quickly take ownership in an interim role,
– English level C1,
– availability to start ASAP.
The mission is suitable for a hands-on senior quality leader who can manage the quality department, stabilize daily operations and support the organization until the permanent Quality Manager is onboarded.
