Role Overview:
The Quality Clerk is responsible for the accurate entry and maintenance of Scrap, DMR, FPY, Run Test records for Bryan plant and Madison when required. He / She will give support to the department processing and filing the department’s documentation, assist with calibration and Supplier Part Inspection.
Key Responsibilities include:
Create charts to enhance data analysis of Scrap, FPY, DMRs, and Run Test.
Create and manage internal and external DMR’s
Manage Quality Department Inventory (HW)
Assist with Calibrations
Cycle Counts
Suspect material inspection
All other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills:
A high school diploma or GED is required.
HVAC knowledge is preferred.
Good written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
