Quality Control Lead – Education
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Quality Control Tester to support our education projects. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of instructional materials and reports, aligning them with established standards and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing educational content, managing quality control processes, and collaborating with teams to uphold quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of final product reports to ensure adherence to standards and guidelines.
Refine and edit deliverables, including grammar checks, publisher style compliance, and alignment with Safal’s standards.
Monitor and maintain tracking systems to ensure smooth workflow and timely review cycles.
Provide actionable feedback to the Safal project team, offering insights and recommendations for improving report quality.
Compile and finalize reports and executive summaries, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (508 compliance in Word and PDF formats).
Oversee the implementation of standards alignment reviews, tracking progress and refining documentation as needed.
Support the preparation of correlation documents, compliance checks, and dashboard adjustments to ensure adherence to educational standards.
Perform additional quality control tasks as required to facilitate the successful completion of review cycles and improve quality assurance processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in quality assurance, curriculum development, quality control testing, or assessment design.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, testing procedures, workflow tracking, and compliance reviews.
Proven ability to review and uphold high standards in educational products and materials.
Expertise in grammar checks, adherence to style guides, and 508 compliance standards.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency and quality across deliverables.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams, provide constructive feedback, and oversee review progress.
