Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve quality management systems, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits.
Define and implement company-wide quality standards, procedures, and KPIs.
Oversee supplier quality assurance and ensure compliance with internal requirements.
Lead quality training and development across teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior quality role, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing – pharma, cosmetics, medical devices or personal care is preffered
Qualifications in Quality Management and Risk Management (required).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 9001 and BRCGS.
