Quality Assurance Job Description
Remote Position
Conduct reviews on initial and progress reports written by BCBAs to ensure they comply with ABA insurance requirements
Conducting reviews on client’s learning trees
Provide training on setting up learning trees
Provide trainings on completing BCBA reports according to guidelines set forth
Providing support to RBTs on Central Reach usage
Interfacing with BCBAs and RBTs as needed
Editing library goal banks
Other, as the need arises
Requirements:
Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
A minimum of 5 years experience using Central Reach at least 2 as an RBT, at least 3 as a BCBA
Experience writing initial and concurrent assessments directly on Central Reach
Experience setting up learning trees using a 3-tiered model (cumulative, cumulative, target)
Ability to multi-task and competent time management skills
