Quality Manager – Power Plant Construction
Earthsteam Global is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for a complex energy project during its construction phase. The role involves implementing and overseeing QA/QC processes, ensuring compliance with customer, client, regulatory, and statutory requirements. Responsibilities include project operations, quality management, document control, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
Ensure full implementation of quality processes.
Conduct site visits and perform spot quality control checks.
Establish and maintain site quality documentation in accordance with contract requirements (e.g., Site ITPs, Site ITPLs, Site Quality Plan).
Lead all quality-related activities on site.
Coordinate compliance actions, inspections, and approvals.
Plan and lead site inspections.
Manage site documentation and ensure timely, quality delivery.
Lead site quality audits.
Required
Skills and Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of QA/QC on complex construction sites.
Technical knowledge of Gas Power Plants.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the power industry.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead projects.
Ability to document, plan, and execute programs.
BSc or MSc degree, or high school diploma with relevant experience.
