R- Description Quality Manager – Common Hardware Systems-6th Generation Program at Leidos Leidos is searching for a diligent Quality Manager to support the Common Hardware Systems-6th Generation (CHS-6) Program. This role focuses on ensuring top-quality standards throughout the program. This hybrid role offers the

combined with the opportunity to collaborate in-person at our Edgewood, MD location on a weekly basis. Primary Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop strategies, goals, tasks, roles, responsibilities, and information needs for QA surveillance. * Serve as the CHS-6 program’s QA lead for planning, work product reviews, and quality audits. * Implement and maintain the
Quality Assurance
Program Plan (QAPP). * Support Quality Management Reviews by reporting to higher-level management on the program’s quality achievements and progress towards meeting quality objectives. * Update the program’s Tailored Process Baseline (TPB), as required. * Provide review and input to program plans and other documents to ensure accurate and on-time CHS-6 deliverables. * Conduct quality audits in adherence to the program’s audit schedule and Leidos policies, and report audit results to program
leadership
. * Generate corrective action requests for audit findings and maintain the Common Audit Database (CAD) with timely updates/closures of audit findings. * Support external audits conducted in support of maintaining the organization’s AS9100 certification. Security Clearance: * Active DoD Secret security clearance. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience, trainings, or certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree. *
Quality assurance
experience in a procurement environment. * Experience implementing ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality Management Systems. * Experience conducting quality audits and preparing for external certification. * Proficiency with tools like SharePoint and MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). * Strong verbal and written
communication skills
. * Ability to multi-task and function in a
dynamic

fast-paced environment
