- Lead Quality Assurance operations across the factory and ensure all the Quality Management System (QMS) are executed consistently to meet the buyers’ requirements.
- Develop/update quality control SOPs and standards for raw materials, in-process checks and finished goods testing to ensure adherence to highest quality standards & compliance to all regulatory requirements.
- Establish and oversee comprehensive quality assurance frameworks, consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout all production stages.
- Standardize quality control processes across the factory, achieving uniformity and consistency in product quality.
- Own the pre-production meeting process and address all callouts mentioned in line review meeting and set up relevant preventive actions in bulk production.
- Assess a range of samples, such as shade blankets, bulk shades, size set, TOP samples, GPT (Technical Test) and to ensure they meet all specified attributes before obtaining customer approval.
- Maintain and archive comprehensive documents of inspection containing the details of the time, samples, test procedures and results etc.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Experience: 10 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: knowledge of quality control, quality control procedures, quality inspection, quality management, quality assurance, supplier quality management, quality control standards
