A reputed export-oriented woven garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of Quality Manager.
Position
🔹 Quality Manager (Woven Garments)
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and manage the entire Quality Assurance & Quality Control function.
✅ Ensure product quality from fabric inspection to final shipment.
✅ Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspections.
✅ Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects.
✅ Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, IE, and Compliance teams.
✅ Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and requirements.
✅ Analyze quality data and prepare management reports.
✅ Lead buyer audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or related discipline.
✔ 8–12 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in the garments industry.
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial position in a woven garments factory.
✔ Strong knowledge of AQL, garment construction, fabric inspection, and buyer requirements.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
