Quality Master/Test Manager – SAFe/ART/Testautomation/End-to-End-Testing
Project/Role : For our client, a renowned Swiss company, we are seeking an experienced Quality Master (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for quality assurance within an Agile Release Train (ART) and ensure built-in quality for services and products. You will coordinate ART-wide testing activities, support feature acceptance testing, and further develop the testing process with a focus on test automation and end-to-end testing. Additionally, you will facilitate a structured knowledge transfer to an internal successor as part of a temporary transition mandate.
Your future tasks:
- Responsibility for quality assurance within an Agile Release Train
- Ensuring the implementation of the defined test strategy (classic and agile)
- Creating transparency regarding status, risks and dependencies, and deriving appropriate measures together with relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting product managers and epic owners during acceptance testing and quality-related decisions.
- Ensuring test requirements are met and coordinating test cases and test data at the ART feature level.
- Documentation and tracking of test results
- Technical leadership and coordination of the Quality Engineers
- Organization and moderation of quality-relevant votes and meetings
- Central contact person for testing-related topics within the ART
- Further development of the testing procedure with a focus on test automation and end-to-end testing.
- Participation in cross-departmental quality initiatives and promotion of professional exchange
- Support in transferring know-how to an internal successor
- Analysis of dependencies of relevant cloud components for end-to-end testing
Your profile:
- Completed studies in computer science or comparable technical training
- At least 5 years of experience as a test manager or in a comparable role
- Experience in setting up test infrastructures and in creating QA plans and test concepts (expert level)
- Experience working with SAFe
- Experience in implementing test automation projects
- Jira knowledge
- Certifications in testing (e.g. ISTQB Advanced Level and/or iSQI Certified Agile Tester)
- Interest in agile software development and ability to quickly familiarize oneself with complex topics
- Structured and analytical work style as well as strong communication skills
Languages:
- German: fluent in both spoken and written German
- English: fluent in spoken and written language
